Hey to all!.. i havent been on here in forever, and its good to be back!..my diet has SUCKED major i have only lost 4 pounds.. and i need to lose 80! I say RIGHT NOW we put our foot down and say YES I AM GOING TO DO IT I AM GOING TO ACCOMPLISH MY GOAL..(if you already havent) Enough is enough for me.. i need to change my life so I FEEL BETTER.. and a nice steak or Mcdonald hamburger or a huge piece of cake IS NOT going to destroy my hard work.. now dont get me wrong.. if u r craving somethin that isnt "good" for ur diet.. THEN EAT IT.. but in small reasonable portions.. because if u dont then you will want it and crave it until u give in and then u eat WAY more than u should.. its just hard to control..am i right?...Reply to me if you are ready AND I MEAN ready to make a change in your life.. im tired of waiting .. im starting right now.. my promise to you and i want to help many people accomplish their goals as well..if you EVER lose motivation Just remember this and how important it is to you, you can do it!! good luck to all!!Reply to me PLEASE reguardless what you have to say good or bad! by the way! sorry this is long but i missed this site!:DLuv to alll! and good luck!
