okay so i think i am goin to do a high protenin tell what me what you think.. breakfast egg white omlete with some kind of low fat cheese and light meat.. with tomatos/ veges.. and for dinner.. fish with salad and veges.. and for a snack maybe a like low carb bar or something.. and working out for 2 hours a day.. and only drinking water.. i want to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks.. do you think i can do it???? PLease comment i know its a lot of weight but working out and high proten i should be able to do it.. PLEASE PLEASE COMMENT!!! thanks
