wahey yesterday for the 1st time i actually thought about excersizing properlly after watching u are what u eat. This woman excersized and hour a day for 10 days and lost a little over an inch off her stomache. So yesterday I did 40 mins of walking to my grandmas and then 20 minutes of stretching and bouncig and star jumping and stuff like that :) im happy with myself. Today cos its wet im gona do a little bit of walking to get my mom and dads an easter egg (kinda late but nevermind)
