you said i was tough on the other page to another post im not really thats just what i did to start up and now i do so much more its crazy and its one of the only ways to lose effectively you know and it doesnt really take that long maybe and hour and ten minutes of excersize a day,everday is all i do.then on a hard day it gets tougher lol i spend like a lot of time at the gym and do just about everything there and then i do crunches and things at night but thats only if i havent excersized for a few days other wise i would be working out too much you know?
