I am overweight and i am tired of it i eat right and i exercise all the time i twirl baton and dance. I make sure i don't eat to many sweets. I am tired of boys looking me other as a overweight girl i weigh 140 and i can't get pass that weight i just stay at that weight. So how do i loose the weight if i am exercising and eating right? Can you please help me ? I don't want my body parts to hurt when i do things. I just want to loose weight healthy and smart but nothing has worked!!
