im 14, 5'5ish and weigh 150lbs, i really would like to be around 130 by may because im going on vacation and my goal weight is 120. i was wondering how is a good way to tell my mom that i want to loose weight with out her wanting to know my weight, because i have gained 13lbs since nov. or her going to the extreem of you can only eat salad and portions the size of your hand, like last time, or if anyone can help me with an excersize plan that would be so helpful, thanx alot
