I lost 0.2 pounds this last week. Not much, but I am going to set a higher goal for myself this week, so that I can look at junk food and say that I would rather loose the weight. I have a band comp. next tues, so I can't go to WW, so i am going to set myself a 5 pound goal to be down by 2 weeks. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!
