Ok my friend gave me a VERY GOOD tip that will really help you guys out, She says that if you go and set up a goal for yourself for every 1 or 2 weeks of a weight loss ex. for the next 2 weeks, I should lose like 5 pounds, then you congradulate yourself with like a free day to relax, and NOT EAT JUNK FOOD and you do that like 8 times you should be at those BIG goal weights that people want to do like lose 50 pounds, that should really work and try to challenge yourself like if you dont make your goal by the end of the 2 weeks then you cant go to the movies or hang out with your friends on that weekend. Make it something that you have to do, trust me, THIS WILL WORK!!! Glad to help, anytime (I think that my friend made this information from the Vh1 telivision show, Celeberty Fit Club, does anyone watch it? )
