Alrighty.......Well i started off my day by waking up at 6:00 and running/walking on the tredmil for 30 minutes then when i came home from school i had like 2 scoops of noodles then a salad a piece of bread and a bananna then i had to hel my friend work the fish fry and i did alot of exercising there cuz i had to wait on people and clean up after everyone so it was alot of walking and stuff and i had som curly fries and water and when i came home i had a banannaWas this good???
