Everyone PLEASE use common sense on your diets and exercise.Eating to few calories a day causes the body to go into starvation mode, hordes any excess fat and burns MUSCLE!! and doing to much exercising of specific body parts (like the abdomen) can make things worse, make you sick and your body in worse shape. Trust me please....i lost over 200 pounds and i almost DESTROYED my abdominals doing to many crunches ..muscles need rest between workouts of at least a day to repair and rebuild tissue...muscles are formed by being torn down and rebuilt and it takes TIME. Losing weight (especially quiet abit) takes time to be done healthy, and losing it slowly and healthily makes it much easier to maintain your reduced weight and keep it from coming back.But shoot im not an expert so.....i hope that everyone is doing well and you all reach your goals.We can do anything we want if we just keep trying and dont give up......and use common sense of course.
