Hey everyone! I posted a message a few minutes ago, but I'm posting another one to sorta go in more detail. This summer, I am going with my family on vacation to the beach/ocean. It will probably be somewhere around mid to late June. I want to look good in a bathing suit without being self consious. My goal is to loose 20-25 lbs.I have decided to completly lay off the junk food, and soda. I am going to drink milk, WATER, and juices. I plan to eat fruits, and things like boiled eggs, and alot of salad. My P.E. class is fixing to start, so i will have one hour of physical fitness a day. Plus, when I get home I plan to jump on my trampoline 500 jumps, rollerblade, jump rope, etc. I love to play basketball and softball, so that will also be good exercise. I will also do stretches and pilates videos.Please help me with any suggestions because this is extremely important to me. I NEED your help and suggestions. Do you think I can make my goal of 20-25 lbs by June? Keep in mind that I am an active person. PLZ HELP ME!!!!!-Kitty_Kat
