I miss you all, I got away from the computer for a few months. I was at 165 when i 1st came to this site last year. Now i'm down to 145. Last week i began YOGALATES. (yoga + pilates)....I feel stressfree, my stomach a little tighter, more arm strength, and i just feel great...So i advise Yogalates, becuz its a wat to lose weight and relax and FEEL BETTER ABOUT YOURSELF :)
