ok, i dont know if i have lost any weight, cuz i promised myself i wouldnt weigh-in till Lent was over. BUT my skinny jeans which i finally fit into a few months ago are loose in the thighs, my worst area! yay, i hope its me and not the jeans! Ok, now i have a question, i work out HARD at basketball for an hour and half, twice a week, and then i do a series of exercises that takes bout half an hour to do, and do those on the day si dont have bball, ive cut out all soda, and only eat chocolate everyone in a while. How am i doing, will this help me reach my goal of 140 in a few months? (im 170 now)
