Hey everyone I weigh 170 I ddint gain or loose weight this week but basketball season is over till i start training in the summer so I need to work harder and cut back on food I am goinn to try and do an excercise video every night but sometimes i dont have time and then I am goin to try and tone like situps/crunches, arm circles, pushups, jumping jacks, and maybe lifting 5 pounds dumbbells. Well I hope to be 168 next week so i will feel good but if i am still 170 hey ill be happy. Oh yea did i mention i cheated this week with my lenten promise not to eat dessert well im goin to do better on that this week and not eat any dessert type things. well good luck!!!!!!!!
