hey guys i havent been on here in a while! i havent been doing very good with this low calorie thing. I just kinda eat 3 meals and have a little snack sometimes. I have been drinking water tho! Ive tried going on my treadmill but the stupid thing wont work! Im doing crunches..as many as I can handle..and some pushups every night. Also in PE we are doing a weightlifting/fitness thing..so ive been weightlifting every other day for 45 minutes. Also everyother day I have been running and doing these circuits of jumprope, crunches, etc. for 45 minutes every other day. I havent weighed myself because I dont think I have lost any weight..so i wanna wait until I do good on my diet and exercise for 1 whole week, then weigh. I am 5'8 and 230..but i have alot of muscle. I hope everyone else is doin good!!
