***********most effective plan write it down******I’ve figured out how to put of the wait in 3 months it will turn out very effective. I’ve learned all this info from all of your responses- thank you very much- ..Lets all try to put it off for the summer. Don’t eat junk food at all- treat you’re self for one day with treats (but not a lot). Cut down on the bread. When you’re watching TV do about 75 jumping jacks during the commercials. Try to eat less but eat healthy (1200 calories at least!). Walk for 30 minutes a day. Dance to 4 songs you hear on your radio. Do 20 crunches in the morning and 20 crunches at night. Try Jump roping 4 times a week for 5 minutes. Go to the gym and exercise 3 times a week for an hour and a half.
