i've been doing well with exersizing this week. tuesday i did 30min taebo, wednesday i did 30min. free weights and 60 min. accelerated pilates and just now i did 60min taebo advanced. i'm not suer what i'll do tomorrow- i might have to skip it because i won't be home in the morning but i'll try to do it after school. i told my friend i'd try to run with her but i have to work really soon after school ends and i don't think i'll have time. i'll try to eat really well today. for breakfast i had a banana but i'm also going to eat a really big orange too, and then have some dry cereal for a snack before lunch. i'm not sure what i'll have for lunch but i'm thinking i'll make a sandwich that's about 195 calories(low carb bread 60 cal per slice, light miracle whip 25 caloreis and two slices of turkey 50 caloreis)and i won't eat potato pufffs like i've been eating!!!tonight i'm having a cobb salad at mcdonalds(i know bad) but i won't eat andything fried and i'll make sure it fits into my calories. look, i really want to lose this weight and i know i have to push to do it. please help keep up my motivation! thank you guys!
