well today i did really bad, For B: i had 2 egg whites on 2 poieces of light wheat bread (70), for Lunch i had wendys which I got the fruit bowl, but for dinner i had 2 small tacos and then a bunch of meat and lettuce and then i had 6 cream puffs (305 cal) and didnt even exercise!! urgh but tomorrow i get to exersice again
