Hey i have a question!! actually two, that i would really appreciate being answered.First of all, im doing the CosmoGirl Abs thingy for two weeks...I've done 1 week + a day already....but there were two days were i didnt do it at all.....one of the days was a 'break' day for me as i was busy allll day, and the other day i just did cardio and was exhausted....will that make a difference? Because in a mater of 14 days, 1/7th is alot right?? And lastly, My routine is 20 minutes of cardio every day (kickboxing so its pretty high-leveled), then 10 minute (CG) abs, and 15 pushups, and 15 tricep pushups.Is this enough?? Please let me know.
