WEll i dont think today was a good day, i feel that i did horrible. well for B i had 2 pieces of light wheat toast(70 cal) and a banana in it, then i had about 7 grapes, for Lunch i had a light and fit yougart with a banana and blended them together in the blender, and had 2 pieces of light wheat toast with jam, then i had a toostie roll and another small piece of choclate, and a few pieces of buttery popcorn that my sister was eating. and then later tonight i have indoor soccer and i cant eat dinner before because ill feel sick so i am going to eat after but it has to be small becuase i am going to my friends bball game and then her house and it will be too late so for dinner i am going to have a special K bar, crackers and an apple is that okay or did i eat too much, i will probably end up bringing something else to eat for dinner
