Hey everyone, I was doing so great! I even made it through the holidays, and then less than a week ago, I had the urge to binge and I did, and I have been doing it everysingle day. I always tell myself, ok I am starting a healthy lifestyle, I am going to lose weight. I try everything, Counting calories, writing what I eat down, I know I must have a binge eating disorder. Because I gain ten pounds, then lose ten pounds then gain again really quick. It is awful. Sometimes, I feel like I am alone, and helpless that I cant control what I eat. There is so much food in our house that it is easy to have. I mean it is not that I eat junkfood, I go to the healthfood store, I look at labels, and I eat healthy foods, but I eat way too much. Does anyone have this problem, can anyone help me?
