okay guys- now, i know this is extreme and will take a lot of will power- but i really want to look amazing for a romantic get-away on valentines day that i'm having with my boyfriend. if i burn 2500 calories more then i can consume a day(i won't be eating under 1200- don't worry, i'll just be exersizing like hell!)then i can get down to 142lbs by valentine's day. um- so yeah- i understand i'm shooting high and want to lose 23lbs in one month(which may be unhealthy but i'll be very careful and eat healthy). my plan is to eat 1200 calories a day and do 1hr of taebo and 1 hr of the firm(which means an hour of aerobics and toning which are both needed for weight loss). i also will be cutting back on my sodium, drinking 3 cups of green tea every day, getting enough calcium, and eating a lot of fruits and veggies and lean protien. i know i'll lose a bit of water weight by cutting back on the sodium- so it won't all be fat loss, but that's okay- because it'll be volume loss-lol. i will need a lot of encouragement and don't worry, i'll be careful- if it's too much, then it's too much and if i see i'm doing something bad to my body then i'll stop...
