Ok, starting in a few weeks (i have things that make starting now impossible) I am going to start my workout regime. Tell me what you think about it! -- Monday&Thursday=basketball (an intense 1.5hr) Tuesday&Friday=jogging for a solid hourWednesday=break day, possibly swimming. WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK?? WILL IT HELP ME? With a healthy diet, will i be able to loose somewhere between 1 and 2 lbs a week? My goal is to be about 130-135 by end of june. I am now 170.
