hey guys i feel so awesome. I used to be a huge runner for like 5 months, but winter came so i couldn't run that much anymore. but today was really nice so i decided to go for a run. I ran for 60 min!!!! and i walked for like 30 min! i feel so good about myself right, running makes you feel awesome and lose weight, i suggest running as an exercise because it really works!
