ok so i just weighed in this morning and I weigh 163.8 pounds! sooo since i'm 5'9 i really only need to lose 1 pound to be in my healthy weight range..but i definantly would feel more comfy if i lost like 20 or 30 pounds...soooo im gonna try and lose like 1-2 pounds a week!! and sooner or later i will reach my goal just liek i no all of u will!!!! if you gain some pounds one week dont give up b/c it happens to everyone!!! trust me!! last year i lost 55 pounds cuz i never gave up!!!!
