Hey, I am down to 149.5, and I havent been less than 150 in over a year. For those who dont know me, my heighest weight was 170, but I have stayed between 155 and 162 for like 5 months. So this is a huge excitement for me. I am really loving exercise. I love my gym, it has a pool and everything. I love the steam room, and sauna, then jumping in the pool is heaven. I only did it once, which was yesterday, but I want to do it at least a couple of times a week, but still do my cardio everyday I can. Which I have been doing. The hardest part is definetely eating, but I am really getting the hang of it. I want to be 130 by the middle of february which is when my birthday is. My main goal is 120. I wanted to be there by christmas, but I didnt have much motivation. Now I have alot, and I am in the state of mind, that I want this, I have worked to hard, and failed too many times, to give up anything soon. Thank you for listening, and good luck to all of you. I will keep you posted more.
