When you make a mistake, ex. gain weight what i do is i look at what i did and ask myself why, usually it was because i was denying myself it. ex. i haden't eaten any simple carbs in a few days so one day i just pigged out on them. Remember if you make a mistake its probably better then being perfect threw out your whole weight loss because that way when you finally reach your goal youll know it's NOT okay to have all the oreos because you'll gain weight. I hope this helps you.
