I was wondering how i did today, For B: i had two pieces of light wheat with jam, for snack i had grapes and some combos. for Lunch i had Salad, with light dressing, and an apple. then ran a mile, and then for snack i had sugar free jello and a piece of cookie, and 3 carmel filled hershey kisses and then for dinner i had a chicken patty with cheese and fat free cottage cheese, then i had fat free ice cream=100 cal. how did i do
