~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

I've been trying to think of a way to lessen my cravings for sweets, and this is what works for me so far: Get a huge bag of candy, and for one day eat as much as you want (just one day, exercise and stuff, and try to eat fruits and vegetables too). Then, you don't want it so much anymore and you can keep it for occasionally treats. I used reeses pieces, and I just take maybe 5-8 at a time and that's it for the day. Also, if I have them in the morning, near when I get up, I don't want to eat any sweets for the rest of the day. The one day candy slurge isn't the greatest, but isn't much easier in the long run.
