yesterday i woke up and had 1.5 chicken strips and 1/2 mi small french fries from wendys which was about 210 calories then i didnt eat all day and at the end of the day i had a turkey sandwich and a chocolate doughnut which was 610 calories...i walked on the tredmil at 3 mph for 40 min which burned 140 calories and then me and a bunc of people went to the dance club downtown and twerked it (and for you white folks that means danced provocalitvly haha) for 3 hours which would be burning about 800 calories so overall i burned more calories than i ate! :)
