my ideal diet day is 2000mg or less sodium, 1200-1500 calories, 200 or less carbs, 100% calcium, 20-30g fiber, and at least 60g protien. but i always seem to mess myself up and binge. i need help and i don't know what to do but i want to break the haboit for good. i break it for a little while but then i slip and i just go way overboard. i'm telling myself that there are way funner things than eating but it's still hard.
