Hello I have been in a rutt with my diet latly. No weight loss since 3 weeks i am at 161 from my peak of 165 and I think it has to do with my lunch. I order smaller portions of my school lunch but even small portions are fattening and large. So do you think if I replace the school lunch and replace it with fruit and a chocalte chip granola chewy bar I can lose weight. I really want to lose some wieght for my skinny tall brother can stop bugging me about my wieght. Thnx for any help
