Hello everyone. My name is Jackie. I've been here a couple of times. I am 5'1 and I weigh 140 lbs. Over summer vacation I had gotten down to 132 lbs, but I don't know what happened. I just gained it all back. I've been trying to loose it again, and then more, but I haven't been able to. I have the motivation, just not the dicipline. I want to loose 10 pounds by the new year, and 25 pounds by summer vacation. If anyone has any tips that can help me dicipline myself and be less lazy and get up and excersize, I would simply LOVE to hear them! Thanks everyone!
