hi, im very self concious about my weight. alot of my friends are very thin and they eat sooo much unhealthy food! i eat not to badly but im trying to eat healthier. i want to loose about 18 pounds and im wondering how you guys think ni should do it. any tips please!! i just joined a gym last week and have gone about four times a week. thank alot!! by the way you all sound very determinded and i really admire that
