I am 16, 5'9" and 180(ish) pounds. I am in Germany for the year on a student exchange, and I think this is the perfect opportunity to loose the weight I want to loose. I have access to alot more stuff here, like a real gym class and stuff. But as i was "mapping out my road" for loosing weight, I realized that I dont know what i good target weight is. I have until July, when i go back home, so I think I can achieve some of my goal, if not all of it. But I dont know what my goal should be!!! Does anyone know??
