Hey, I need some help. I am 15 and about 5'3 and weigh about 180-185lbs. I am miserable! My weight is causing depression and I do not like it. I have tried dieting and I even was anerexic before......I know it is not the right way to lose weight now but I was despirate. I hate looking in the mirror. I exersize a half an hour befor I sleep and I do not eat much. I eat enough to be healthy but still. I do about 200 crunches but the only thing is the only thing seams to be getting thinner is my upper abs and my lower stomach stays at 42 inches. And my upper went from 40 to 34 inches. But I hate my stomach and need help on what kinda of exersizes I should do. Please help me. I am so unhappy.
