hey guys, i havent done very good lately, but today i think i did alright..but im not for sure. Well, for breakfast i had honey comb (probably not that good..i had kinda a big bowl too) and for lunch i had a salad with one slice of swiss cheese and oil n vinegar dressing, milk, and fruit snacks (100calorie pack). I also ran 3 miles today, and i walked for 25 mins. For dinner, i'm either gonna have pasta, or lemon pepper chicken with broccoli and mashed potatoes. I'm gonna try not to over eat it. So how does this sound??
