Hey everyone I havent been here in a while... i weigh 222lbs and im 5'6" ewwwwww but i need to lose weight (obviously) okay so Im entering in a modeling contest (open to all sizes) and i have 7 weeks to tone up and lose 40 lbs... I signed up at a ymca and im going to be swiming and using treadmills... plus im gonna be on a very strict diet except for halloween (my favorite holiday) Im going to eat grapenuts for breakfast (very healthy and good... fills you up fast you guys should try it) salad for lunch and for dinner ill usually eat whatever my mom makes bc she usually cooks healthy. Im also going to be taking a daily vitamin and salmon oil pills (salmon oil makes your skin very nice) Oh yeah and i cant drink anything but water, coffee (spenda skim milk) and tea. If all goes as planed i think i have a good chance of being a finalist
