hey everyone i havent been here ina while well i just thought of a exercise plan...but 1st off i just started high school and i have to walk which is like a 15-20 minute walk then when i come home ill eat and all that then before i start my homework i will run my fastest on the treadmill for as long as i can but im starting slow so like 5 minutes or something...then i go on bike rides on the weekend for like 1/2 an hour with my little brother so people...just cut what you eat in half, eat 6 small meals a day, and excersise ....
