hey....yesterday i had rye toast with pb-3 WWpts pineapple-not even one point and a glass of milk-2pts lunch- chicken caesar salad- 6pts granola bar-2pts and dinner- subway and fat free wow chips-9 oreo thin crisps and milk-3 points and popcorn-1 pt. i used my exact amount of 26 and i skated like all day...howd u think i did? and r sunflower seeds a good snack?
