hey... i went to WW tonight....didnt do well. gained .8 i would have lost some cuz i was doing great but then i went away and gained...it sucks.... tomorro i plan on having WW rye bread with peanut butter-3 pts a glass of milk-2 and pineapple im gonna skate alot cuz my friends comin over and were gonna go street skate. and im waking up to go run for 20 minutes and im gonna do bowflex....for lunch im having a chicken caesar salad and that will leave me 14pts for dinner....how does this sound? please reply!
