Hi i'm Emma and i'm 14,when i saw 67% of teens weigh less than me, it made me feel bad. I've tried really hard to diet over the past year but it hasn't worked, my mum says she's worried about me but they say the scales never lie and according to them i haven't lost a pound. I often make myself sick, it makes me feel better but some calories are already absorbed by the time that i'm sick, so it doesn't work. I tried not eating for a week i dropped a few pounds but i added them again. I eat a lot when i'm bored and i'm a fussy eater so fruit etc doesn't appeal to me. I've tried excerise but i end up fainting. I'm starting school on thursday and the thought makes me want to just stick pins in my eyes. I'm really bad at P.E and i have to wear a nearly see through yellow tshirt. I have strech marks all over my legs. Anyone know of any good diets or ways to get rid of strech marks?
