Ok, here's the problem, I'm 14 years old, i weigh 230 pounds, i recently shot up 10 pounds during the summer and you can tell i've gained weight cuz my jeans are really tight. I'm so scared that I'm never going to be a healthy weight and look good, i cried one night to tell you the truth, I've been in Karate for the last 6 years, and I'm starting Cardio Kickboxing with my instructor, and during the fall she's making me run track with her every Sat. morning! I havent had the chance to go on a diet I've been soo busy and every time when i eat something fatty i say to my self, "youll burn it off in class tommorro" and i end up eating donuts, pizza, chips, ice cream, that's my normal meal, if you can believe that. I dont feel good everyday about my self, i want to skip meals but the other side of me says you cant cuz it slows down your metabalism, and thats how u gain more weight, i know what to do and what to eat for a diet but my mom goes grocery shopping and never brings home veggies or fruit, just junk. I'm usually not home when she shops, i wanna go shopping with her but I'm soo emabarresd to tell i want to lose weight, there's probably no answer to this problem, i know if i eat right i will lose wieght cuz i pretty much work out 2hours a day, 4 days a week nonstop, but i can figure out a way, any1 can give me ideas!
