Ok, I have been visiting here for the last few months because I needed comfort. I am 5'9" and I weighed 175 lbs. I didn't look fat but I looked chubby so I decided that I wanted to lose weight and feel better about myself. I have been eating healthy, drinking lots of water, doing exercise, and staying away from the sodas and candy and I lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks! I am really happy because I'm 165 lbs. My goal is 130-135 but If I continue like this I will reach my goal. I posted this because you guys gave me motivation and all I can say is that everyone can reach their goal. Stay motivated, and I wish you guys the best of luck :)
