today i started weight watchers and im really excited to get back into it... i didnt do too well at lunch... i had a blt and diet soda but then i had a strawberry ice cream bar (200 cal) and half a cherry coke. then i had a nutrigrain bar for a snack then i had chicken and veggie stir fry for dinner with 36oz of water. and no rice! then i had a nectarine and im gonna have a mini bag of 94% fat free popcorn with more water. and i walked a mile and skated. howd u think i did?
