~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Hey guys!I havent been on here for a few months cuz I've just got back from working in america - I have been overweight my whole life and It sucks! Ever since I was 12 ive been a uk size 16 - and I went on diets lost a bit then put it back on again and more, last october I had to go to this dance with my family, and had to find something nice to wear - I was mortified when I couldnt fit in anything in regular shops - and had to find something not so nice in outsize - I was size 20 - I didnt dare weigh myself until after christmas - It was my new years resolution to lose weight - I thought I weighed about 15st, but really I weighed 16.6 - 230lbs and I was discusted, now i weigh 170 - and im just 3lbs off from being a healthy weight, also im size 12-14 - which means I can shop everywhere. Honestly if you are serious about losing weight give it time and dont punish yourself or lose heart over little mistakes! Its worth it to look in the mirror and feel really good about yourself - I have 2 goals now as far as my weight goes - the first is to get into the healthy weight range, then my big target is to get to 150 - hopefully I'll get close before christmas! Good luck to everyone!
