hey everyone i was wondering if this was a good idea eat whatever i want when im hungry just as long as it doesnt go past twelve hundered calories but im not meaning junkfood all the way just like cereal for breakfast something for lunch like mac and cheese and whatevers for dinner just as long as a stay around 1200 calories with exercise tell me what you think and if you wanna be my diet buddy say so and we can talk
