ok, im usually strict on diets but i have alot of stuff coming up b4 skool strts. i was wondering if i exercize 1/2 hr- 2 hrs. everyday and Cut down on ym food (not cut out anything) could i mabey lose 5-7 lbs by august 23rd??? i really need too lose more weight then my friends becuase i will win 120.00 dollers if i do!!!! i need help, will this work, is there any way to lose more then that?
