Hey you guys!Well I having been reading posts on this thing for years. Now I've decided to begin a weight-loss/fitness program of my own, and now I'll be posting my progress! Now the basics on me...I'm 5'6 (nearly 5'7), 160-165 lbs. and I wear a ten. I look pretty ok right now, thanks to the family curse...All the women in my family are big boned and we always weigh more than we look. I love having curves but I want a nice flat stomach and a more fit bod. I want to lose 10-20 lbs. I'll be crazy with joy if I reach 140, but no lower because I don't think that would be healthy for me. losing weight is really hard for me because I am a binge eater but I am in counseling for that and today I am begining a week long cleansing process that will shock my body into weight-loss mode (don't worry, it's doc approved!) first two days, eat nothing but raw fruits and veggies (yum!) next three days, make juice (we have a juicer) from raw fruits and veggies and only drink plenty of large glasses a day and the last 2 days nothing but raw fruits n' veggies again! Also I'm drinking A TON of water all week. The cravings will kill the first couple days but if you can stick it out you just crave healthy food and not junk! Well I think I have gone on long enough but wish me luck and I'll keep ya posted!
