Yay I don't have to work today! This morning I weighed in at 110lbs...and I started from 120lbs. Here's some ADVICE: drink 5 big glasses of water before every meal (or just dinner). That way you'll be too full to eat. Also, I know alot of us are binge eaters here...so we don't stop eating until it HURTS, right? WELL...I know this sounds psychotic, but I've been drinking water until it HURTS so I feel that kind of satisfaction without eating calories. Also, water flushes everything out, so you're lighter on the scale! Makes you feel good, you know? For me, I drink about 20 glasses of water a day and it keeps me full. Just make sure not to jump after, or you'll throw up. ~~MissyK~~
